What does this mean for you?
This means that before we share any guided excursion, activity or hotel recommendation, we have searched, experienced, evaluated and only then selected those that meet product quality, safety or service level requirements. We do not offer anything we have not experienced for ourselves. This is an important first step that allows us to arrange your vacation with the confidence that we are only offering the best of Colombia.
If there is an activity or destination missing from our offer, it is because we have not yet found the best providers. There is much to be seen in Colombia and we are dedicated to the on-going process of discovering and sharing it with you.

Who We Are
We are adventurers, and Colombia has it all! Rock climbing (forget the rock wall, this is the real deal), rappelling off of cliffs through waterfalls, flying off of mountain tops with a paragliding professional, river rafting through rapids, mountain biking, camping at 5000 metres altitude, you name it, we want it! We are bringing adventure travel to the next level, accompanied by enthusuastic, experienced local guides with a passion and expert knowledge of their particular activity
We are nature-lovers offering you the world´s most biodiverse landscape.* We grow mini jungles on our balconies simply because, in Colombia, we can! We put out halved bananas so that we can whistle with the birds while we work. Everywhere we visit, we leave stunned at Colombia´s vast array of orchids, heliconias and tropical birds.
We have fallen in love with Colombian culture. With the Latin dancing, the engaging Spanish language, the warm, fun and friendly people, and the rich pre-Colombian history, it’s no wonder Colombians are among the world’s happiest people.** There is a rhythm to this country unlike any other and all of this, when combined with the abundant wildlife and adventure opportunities, explains what keeps us here indefinitely.
Everything we do is planned with you in mind. All of us here at Diversitours are experienced travellers and we know that little details can make or break a vacation. Together, we have travelled to over 35 countries but have fallen in love with Colombia and want to share her beauty with you, the traveller, the adventurer, the thrill-seeker, the learner, the nature-lover, the dreamer.

All of our tours are private.
We do not plan large group tours unless, of course, you are coming with your own large group. This means that wherever you stay and whatever activities you choose to do, you will only be with your own friends and/or family and, when necessary or available, your guide. You will not be accompanied by the same guide everywhere you go, as we have found specialized guides depending on their activities and expertise. In this way, our tours are designed for the independent-minded traveller, the person who wants to see the famous sights but also wants to get a feel for the local culture and see some unknown wonders during their journey. We can help you do this without the stress of planning before you come and the added stress of getting lost once you´re here (trust us, we’ve got lost many times so we can make sure it doesn´t happen to you!)
We make the trip first.
We have experienced everything we offer you so that we can guarantee that your trip is planned from a real traveller's perspective. For example, we try to avoid making you switch hotels every other night, causing you to pack and unpack every other day. We choose hotels that are in the same area as the activities we offer and we make sure that you know how long the transportation will take.
We work with all kinds of travellers.
Whether you are a backpacker, a business person, a parent, or retired, we have something for you. We understand that each customer has specific preferences so we seek different types of activities (adventure, excursion, and a mix called “Diversity”) and accomodations classes from hostels to 5 star hotels, located to suit different customer needs. From there, we leave the choice up to you.
In addition, if you have any special requests, we will be more than happy to help. Because our tours are completely independent, there is no start date or end date; we work around your schedule rather than the other way around. In fact, the tours we offer on our page often serve as a base idea for our customers to tweak in order to create personalised, custom tours through Diversitours.
